Andy is the Director of Relocation Services who works closely with newcomers to relieve the stress of moving. Featured in Richmond Magazine's special edition, entitled Welcome, Inc. - A Guide to Corporate Relocation in Richmond, Andy says her "goal is to make Richmond more navigable for potential newcomers...I need to be able to provide every bit of information you would get from your mother."   After assessing the needs of each individual, she matches the client with an experienced Buyer's Agent to ensure that the home-buying experience is a smooth and pleasant one.

As Relocation Director, Andy is a member of the Employee Relocation Council, the Greater Richmond Relocation Council, the Metro Chamber, the Virginia Economic Development Association, and the Richmond Human Resource Management Association.

Andy is also very active in her community.  She is President of the Sheltering Arms Rehabilitation Hospital Women’s Council, continuing a 25-year, volunteer commitment to the Hospital.

She is also active with the “Woman to Woman” fund-raising program at Westminster Canterbury, a local retirement community that offers financial assistance for 75 of its residents.  

A native of Richmond, Andy is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. Married for 29 years to a local environmental attorney, Andy and her husband have two grown children (Molly, 21, and Kent, 24) who promise to use her services when they move back to the Richmond area after seeing and conquering the world.
